We ship across all U.S. states and many international destinations via USPS. Orders are typically shipped the next business day.

Our goal is to make every order smooth, transparent, and convenient from winding to delivery.

How to Order Yarn

We receive yarn on large industrial cones, often weighing several kilograms, and wind exactly the amount you need.

Yarn is sold strictly by weight, in grams. Minimum order per yarn type is 50 grams.

When placing your order, please enter the exact number of grams you require.
For example, if you need 400 grams, enter 400, not 4.

About Cones

Most of our yarns are rewound onto cones. Some threads, such as sequin yarns or very thick blends, are rewound into skeins instead.

Each cone costs $0.50. Each cone must contain at least 50 grams.

You can add extra cones if you would like your yarn split across multiple cones. We divide the yarn equally between all cones added for that specific yarn.

If you need a custom split or special request, please leave a note in your cart before checkout. We carefully review all notes before preparing your order.

We only split yarn into separate cones. We do not wind multiple strands together onto one cone.

If ordering via the Shop app, cones must be added manually. If forgotten, we will add them and send a small additional invoice.

If shopping in person, you are welcome to bring your own cones. If compatible, we will gladly rewind onto them for you.

Important Information

We do not accept returns on yarn. Please choose carefully.

Pay close attention to yarn thickness and use the filters on our website. Many of our yarns are designed to be knitted with multiple strands held together, which may be confusing for beginners.

If you are unsure about texture, color, or thickness, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to provide additional photos or videos.

Delivery Details

We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

If your order includes more than 10 cones, we may need to adjust shipping costs due to packaging size. We are working to automate this fully.

Orders over $250 receive a 10% discount.
Orders over $500 qualify for free U.S. shipping (Ground Advantage only).
