🧵 Delivery. How to order yarn?
We offer shipping across all U.S. states and many international destinations via USPS. Our goal is to make every order smooth, transparent, and convenient — from winding to delivery.
🧶 How to order yarn?
We receive yarn on large industrial cones, often several kilograms each, and wind exactly the amount you need. When ordering, enter the number of grams you’d like, with a minimum of 50 grams per yarn type.
For example, if you need 400 grams, type 400, not 4.
We sell yarn by weight, in grams, so you can order precisely what your project requires.
➕ A note about cones:
Most of our yarns are rewound onto cones. Some threads, such as sequin yarns or very thick blends, are rewound into skeins instead.
Cones are available for an additional fee of $1 each, which we add manually after your order is packed.
You can also add cones to your order yourself — and we sincerely thank you when you do!
If you forget to add them, don’t worry — we can include the cones for you during order preparation.
We will send you a separate invoice for the cones, which must be confirmed within 24 hours.
If the cone invoice is not paid within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
You can also request to have your yarn split across multiple cones.
If you are shopping in person, you are welcome to bring your own cones. If they fit, we will rewind onto them for you.
We unwind from 50 grams, so please specify the total amount and any preferences in your note.
📝 A quick tip:
If you would like to leave us a note about how to wind your yarn, or simply say a kind word, please open your cart before checkout and write everything there. We always read your notes carefully.

We do not accept returns on yarn — please choose carefully.
Pay attention to the yarn thickness and use the filters available on our website when browsing.
Many of our yarns are designed to be knitted with multiple strands held together, which can be confusing for beginners.
We do our best to provide clear and detailed information to avoid disappointment.
If you’re unsure about texture, color, or thickness, feel free to contact us — we’ll gladly send extra photos or videos in different lighting before you place an order.
🚚 Delivery details:
We ship via USPS, and shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
If your order includes more than 10 different cones, we may need to recalculate the shipping cost and issue an additional invoice, since cones take up considerable space and require larger packaging.
We are working to automate this process and hope to resolve it within this year.
