Swatching Required

A washed and thoroughly dried swatch is required for an accurate gauge. The elastane content causes the fabric to contract slightly, while the mohair fibers bloom significantly after washing. Using larger needles as recommended allows the long fibers to expand properly without matting, resulting in a much lower yarn consumption per project.
