Emilcotoni · Macbeth 18000 · 1800m/100g (1969yds/3.5oz) · 65% Cotton (Co), 35% Viscose (Vi)
Macbeth is a fine bouclé yarn with a clearly visible looped structure and a soft, velvety surface on the cone. The yarn is built on a thin core thread, around which small, even loops are formed, creating a tactile texture and a muted, fabric-like appearance in the finished fabric.
The bouclé construction softens stitch definition and adds depth and visual interest, while the cotton–viscose blend keeps the yarn breathable, smooth to the touch, and comfortable for garments worn directly on the skin. The velour-like surface visible on the cone translates into a gently plush fabric after knitting, without bulk or stiffness.
